Last night I had my cousins come over for a visit and a nice casual dinner. It was a night of good food, good wine, and lots of laughs! On the menu was spinach lasagna, salad and dinner rolls. It was delish and it's so easy to make! My tablescape idea was from all the inspiration I get from you guy's! Had a problem with blogger yesterday it deleted this post, anyone else having problems?
My newest rooster from Home Goods and an ivy plant in one of my copper pieces was used for the centerpiece, along with the candle votive holders I wrapped in burlap.
Chargers came from Nell Hills, green dishes from JC Penny's a few years ago and the yellow salad plates came from Home Goods
Wrapped the silverware in a white paper napkin and tied it with twine. I told you it was casual.
I can't believe how fast the weeks are going! Have a great weekend, and thanks so much for stopping by, Martina

Your centerpiece is perfect. I love the copper and the rooster! Your chargers are so gorgeous. Is this the same Nell Hill that has written all the decorating books? I would love those chargers. What great texture they bring to your table!!! :D

Your table is beautiful, Martina!
I just bought those chargers, from Nell Hill's. Arrived last week and I used them on a table Friday. Will post later this week. I bought one set of round and one set of square and mixed them for the big table. I "need" to make a little trip to KC, for an up close and personal look at the Nell Hill's stores. It's been three years since I was at either one of them.
What a lovely table, Martina! Your rooster goes so well with you dishes!Glad you had a wonderful time!
Everything looks lovely, Martina! I love the pastel plates!
