Hello everyone!

Welcome to the 49th Share Your Style party!  I'm Kelly with The Essence of Home and will be your host this week.

I'm always amazed at all the talent out there that I'm lucky enough to share on this blog each week.  I  selected a few that stood out to me from last weeks party.

Bloom Designs shared how to give your friends decorated donuts for Valentines Day.  I love how sweet these look with the pretty packaging.

A Cultivated Nest shared a recipe for slow cooker tomato basil parmesan soup.  It looks so good and since I just got a new crock pot, I will likely try this out!

Designthusiasm shared this incredible closet makeover!  It was once a walk in storage closet, but was transformed into a beautiful butlers pantry.  I can't get over the before and after!

If you were featured, please feel free to grab this button and add it to your blog!

Now, it's your turn!
 Share what you've got!

Please add a link back to this party on the post that you're sharing.

Share Your Style #48

Hi there friends...Welcome back to this weeks Share Your Style!!

Welcome to the 48th "Share Your Style" party.  It's always a pleasure to be your hostess for the party.  My blog is The Vintage Nest and my name is Lynn.  So far, for me, January has come roaring in.  Since the New Year, I have opened a second retail spot, started some renovations in the our kitchen and booked a trip to Austin, Texas, Warrenton for Antique Weekend and Magnolia Market.  Plus my up-cycled vintage plaid and flannel Boho shirts have been selling like hot cakes and I have been "sew" busy at the sewing machine.  :) Oh.....and one more thing.....I have a feature in Women's World magazine this month showing a tutorial on sachet Valentine's....pretty exciting stuff.

Now on to this week's Features and if you were featured we would love for you display the button on your website

Simply Vintageous cracked me up with her blog post on her newly decorated front door.  And I would so love to do this.

After a warmer than usual December here, colder weather has finally settled in and that means comfort food.  Cincy Shopper shares her slow cooker meatballs.....an easy recipe and perfect for supper and that Super Bowl party coming up.

January is all about white sales, organizing and cleaning
and maybe adding something new to your home after all the holiday decor
comes down.  And our friend, Bobbie , of the blog AVision to Remember , shares with us many ways to use plain ol' white vinegar in cleaning our homes.  So good for the environment.

And on a decor note, Cheryl, of Ruffles and Rifles, transformed a worn out old coffee table with sexy legs, into a gorgeous tufted ottoman.  This piece is perfectly fabulous......don't you think?

thank you to all who participated last week.  I am so looking forward to all your inspiration this week.  We hope you'll join in with your decor, vintage, DIY, tablescapes, creations and recipes… in other words, pretty much anything that's your "style"   :) .

Make sure to have a link back to
Share Your Style somewhere in your post and to visit other party goers so to make some new bloggy friends!

Hi everyone and Happy New Year!!!
Welcome back to another Share Your Style party. We are sure glad you are here. Hope your holidays were wonderful.

Over the past few weeks I shared with you some of my Christmas decor and a little exciting news. As you may know Mr. Rosemary Lane and myself have been working on our kitchen giving it a much needed updating. Well as part of the kitchen project I painted a hutch I purchased for $40 at ReStore and then dolled her up for the Christmas holidays.

I also had a big surprise on Christmas eve. The UPS man delivered this book to our home.

I didn't know why until I opened up the enclosed letter to find out that one of my recipes is featured on page 118. I was shocked as well as excited!

So it was a very Merry Christmas at 21 Rosemary Lane!

Now on to the features!
The holidays are over but I couldn't help featuring the beautiful Christmas decorating done by Melissa over at the blog Dancing Dog Cabin. I really cannot get enough of Melissa's home no matter what time of the year it happens to be, and she posted some knock out holiday photos of her gorgeous decorating style.

Diana from Adirondack Girl at Heart shared a wonderful tutorial on how to create a stylish and vintage magazine rack using an old brown rack from the 1980's. Pretty isn't it? You simply have to check out the "before"!

The next feature is from my sweet friend Judy over at
Gold Country Cottage  who shared with us her royal "Snow" family collection. Judy writes some of the most fun and creative posts you'll every read...this one is no exception!

I love scrubs and these scrub recipes linked up by Mandi from
Moments with Mandi look and sound good enough to eat! To be honest I never heard of a lip scrub but it is something I would definitely love to try!

And my recipe pick for this week is broiled bacon wrapped scallops with a spicy dipping sauce from blogger Kelly Stilwell. What can I say, she had me at bacon!
A great game day treat don't you think?
