A few frame makeovers were needed. Found these wood frames in Michaels for 1/2 off so they only cost me $10 each. I bought four of them...
and turned them into this... still lovin the green and it's a great accent color in our foyer and really pops on the neutral walls. I added a little antique gold rub & buff around the inner part. Love how they turned out.
I love cottage and landscape prints and found these Currier & Ives "American Homestead" 4seasons lithographs on Ebay. This series was originally printed between 1860 and 1870. My reproduction copies were printed in the 1950's.
That took care of filling this wall.
These two smaller prints were used for the gallery wall in the living room also, but I had one of the larger Thomas Kinkade prints left over in the switch so I placed it here. I hope I'm not confusing you guy's too much because there's still more!
From this...
to this...
We're almost done, I promise!
Last but not least, this wall looked like this for quite a few years. Not anymore!
Now it looks like this...
I wanted a more simple look for this wall.
Change is fun!
Have a super week!!

Hi Martina, I love the prints, frames and arrangement... job well done!
I also love the new look of your blog, I have been so busy with selling our house, moving and trying to get all settled in the new place that I have not had time to visit all my favorite blogs and blog friends, and I just wanted to let you know how nice your looks! Hope to be visiting on a regular basis again!

Everything looks great. I'm your newest following stopping by from Between Naps on the Porch. Thanks for sharing.
You know how it is...you change one thing and end up changing every room in the house! Looking good!!
Change is great, I agree! Keeps everything looking fresh. Even my daughter can't keep up with my changes any more. Yikes! Anyway, you've done such a nice job. I really like the colors you painted your frames.

Love your new frames and the paint color you chose for them. It's always fun to make small changes that have a big impact. Your new larger picture in place of the smaller ones was a nice addition too.

It's like dominos! All of it looks great. Change is fun I agree but it's nerve-wracking as well. :o) I moved to WordPress and so far my blog isn't updating on anybody's blog rolls. Do you mind adding me again? www.onsuttonplace.com. Thanks so much...Ann

I love all of your changes! And you are right one thing leads to another...that's what always happens when you start stealing from one room to fill another... I am famous for that!
Your picture switcharoo is looking fabulous! And I love the green and gold finishes you updated the Micheal's frames with! :)
You really did mix things up! Your new hall frames look so crisp and clean grouped together in your hall!

Beautiful frames... !! Loved the cute little angel on the wall and the framed country scene..!!
I've always loved Currier and Ives prints...so nostalgic and warm. LOVE the great paint treatment you did on the frame. It really enhances the print.

You have been one busy girl!
I love the new changes.
I especially love the paint changes you made to your frames. I have to remember to do that. I am constantly seeing frames that are pretty and carved but with cheap looking finishes. I will have to remember we CAN change that!!
You have inspired me.
Again!
