Annie Sloan's Old White and Aubusson Blue

This was a table makeover for my sweet cousin who lives in NYC. She has a beautiful apartment with the most AMAZING views!!
She has this cute little table in her entry hall and asked if I would give it a little makeover. Well of course I will, I love pulling out the chalk paint and paint brushes! What she doesn't know is, I love the way it turned out so much she might not be getting it back, Ha! ;)

Here's a pic of the before. It was gray and white.

and here's the after... done in Old White first and then Aubusson Blue.
It was also waxed with both the clear and dark waxes, and then heavily distressed.

I even replaced the knob with this cute glass one.

I'm also working on an Ikea bookcase for her, so stay tuned that's next!
Thanks so much for stopping by! Have a super week!

I love this...I bought Aubusson Blue but have never used it because I thought it was too teal. Maybe I just need to add some white? Great job!

I think that what you published made a ton of sense. However, think about this, suppose you were to write a awesome post title?
I am not saying your content isn't good, but what if you added a post title to maybe grab folk's attention?
I mean "Annie Sloan's Old White and Aubusson Blue" is a little vanilla.
You could glance at Yahoo's home page and note how they create post headlines to grab people interested. You might add a video or a related pic or two to grab readers interested about what you've
got to say. Just my opinion, it would bring your posts a little bit more interesting.
