Come on over for a Swim

Come on over for a swim and a nice cold glass of sweet tea with me!
We put our pool in 4yrs ago and it was the best thing we did, we enjoy it so much. The kids always have their friends over to go swimming and little Miss Victoria just taught herself how to swim, now she's a little fish.

We put this patio in before the pool and then designed the pool deck around it.

We used stamped concrete for the deck and added a few decorative touches.

I love this big circular one here. I have another table and chairs that go here too, you can never have enough seating.

Next stop at the Blog Party is over at Kim's http://savvysouthernstyle.blogspot.com/ to show off your decks and porches, I hope to see you there!!  Martina

How nice, Martina. We had a pool just like that one in our other house. I do miss it and hubby does not. Thanks for joining the party.

Looks beautiful and inviting, Martina! I won't be able to join all these fabulous deck and yard parties. My practically brand-new Frontgate umbrella got mangled in a windstorm, and now something has gone wrong with our pool filter and the water is all cloudy.... so... not looking too blog-ready at the moment! Hope you're enjoying your pretty yard and pool :)

Wow, it all looks so inviting. I don't know what we would have done without our pool. It's the best way of entertaining kids in the summer! Keeps them at home and is free! x Sharon

Very pretty and inviting, Martina! We didn't open our pool this year so I'll just come sit on the edge of yours; get my feet wet! :)

Martina, your backyard is so fantastic. I would stay out there forever. No lunches or dinners after the pool opens. I think the stamped concrete was a great idea. I have seen it and it looks so good. The retaining walls and the fence really add to the beauty and of course the fence is for the safety thing but it is so nice to look at. Enjoy your summer. Ginger :)

The new paint job makes it stand out so much better. Excellent work, as usual. I wonder what's going to be next? x Sharon
