A Cottage Christmas Half Bath

I've been decorating all weekend, my house is a MESS and I am pooped! That being said, I love Christmas and I love spreading a little Christmas cheer all thru my house. This is our downstairs half bath that all our guests use. I went with a Cottage Christmas look in here this year.
This sweet little santa tassel I purchased last year over at The Tassel House. She makes the cutest tassels!

This vintage looking picture I found last year in Home Goods.

And this little santa picture is very near and dear to me because my son bought this for me a few years ago at his schools Christmas Shop. He picked it out all on his own.

Reed defuser and spray from Peir1. The scent is Holiday Forest, it smells so good!

How far have you gotten with your Christmas decorating? I can't wait to see all your beautiful inspiration! Thanks so much for stopping by and Happy Decorating!!

I've been decorating off and on since Friday. My son has been visiting for this Thanksgiving weekend so I've been a little sporadic about it this year. Your powder room looks great, Martina! I always forget the bathrooms and wind up doing them last.

Your son is so smart and has very good taste. When I saw it I gasped, it is so cute!! Love everything you did in here. Is that beadboard or beadboard wallpaper? I can't wait for hubby to do the powder room when he finishes some work on his car hobby.

Love all of your cute Christmas decorations. It's always nice to add a little holiday cheer to your bathroom for guests. I've been working on the outside of my house since we're expecting some cold wet weather soon. I wanted to get that out of the way while the weather was nice. I am behind on posting. Gotta get back on track! Ha!

I have that same vintage Santa pic from HomeGoods. It is a favorite of mine. It is out with a mercury glass tree...you will see it soon! My house is a mess too! It will get better soon - I HOPE!

You did a wonderful job, Martina! It looks very festive but not cluttered. The pictures on the wall look so cute! I love that your son thought of you! I used to run the Christmas Fair at my children's school! What a lot of fun that was.!

I hope you get your energy back soon. I am hoping to get some decorations up this week. We get a real tree so I have to wait a bit.

Happy Sunday!

XO,
Jane

I love it Martina, you gave me great ideas to do for my bathroom! I love the Santa picture your son gave you, nothing is more sweeter than when they give you gifts that they pick out!

That is such a cute and welcoming bathroom! I hate that phase of decorating when the house is overwhelmingly messy with boxes and glitter everywhere. I go through it every year, but then, it will magically all get done and look wonderful! I've finished my decorating, and am now focused on baking and wrapping =)

Love what you've done to the bathroom for Christmas. The tassel is adorable, but my fave is the pic your son bought - don't you love something with memories like that?! All the colors in your bathroom are beautiful, I think I'd love it even without the Christmas, but the holiday decorations just add more charm.

Martina, your little bathroom is darling! I love everything you've done. The tin with the greens on your shelf is so cute! Me too! My house looks like a bomb went off in it. I'm moving slowly this year! I work some and then down to rest and don't want to get up! We need Christmas decorating vitamins! :) I so glad you liked my tree.
Be a sweetie,
