I've wanted to paint the dressers in Victoria's room for some time now just couldn't find the time! Well yesterday I got to it. One down and one more to go!! Of course I used AS chalk paint, I painted it in old white and then lightly distressed it and applied the clear wax.
Here's the Before
Added these cute knobs from Hobby Lobby. I used these small green ones on the top 3 draws and then the larger ones with the green polka dots on the 2 bottom drawers.
Tomorrow I'll work on this one!
Hope you all are having a great week and staying cool! Thanks so much for stopping by, Martina

This looks great Martina! I have to laugh because I just posted a desk I painted for my daughter with AS Old White & the same polka dotted knobs...but in purple! I guess great minds think alike, right? ;D
It looks so good, Martina. I love it!...Christine

Hi Martina,
Did you have to primer the dresser first? Looks great! Thanks for sharing! Kim
Super cute, Martina.
I have two pieces that are similar wood, Martina, and I'm glad to see they will turn out this nicely painted. They are on my list of pieces to eventually paint. Nicely done and I love it white.
Awesome job! If my memory serves me correctly, I think I recongnize these dressers as Broyhill?? I use to own that bedroom set. Gave it to me sis. Great, spacious drawers. I know your daughter will love it!
Love it! Those knobs are fab!
Great makeover and love the knobs!
You got the bug Martina! I knew that was going to be painted. LOOKS AWESOME! Love the cute knobs too.
Is the chalk paint really that easy? I see all of y'all with these gorgeous transformations, but I am skeptical. I think y'all are pros, and I will screw-up a perfectly good piece of furniture.
Great Job! Love the sweet little knobs!
Lovely job! I sometimes wonder if, in 10 years time, we will all be blogging about removing the paint from our furniture and reverting it to it's natural wood state? :) x Sharon
Martina, the knobs were the finishing touch on such a great make-over. I'll be ordering my chalkboard paint today as I have a whole bedroom full of furniture to paint.
Have a wonderful day,
Gail

It looks fantastic Martina! I'm always amazed at how a coat or two of paint can transform a piece of furniture. I love the distressing too and those knobs are super adorable!!
Love it Martina!! It looks so beautiful in that white and the knobs are perfect. I love that you mixed it up with the smaller ones on top and the polka dots on the bottom. Great job!

What a unique handle. Best place to attach it in inner doors and wood doors also. Well, your idea is awesome and it is easy to catch also.
