While in LA we stayed right in Universal. We stayed at the Sheraton, the hubby and I have stayed there before and liked it because you can walk right across the street to Universal Studios and the Universal City Walk which is full of shops and resturants.

We tried to get as close as possible to the Hollywood sign to take pictures.
Can't go to Hollywood and not visit the Walk of Fame. The kids had so much fun picking out all the stars.
Visited the Santa Monica pier.

Wow! I'm blown away at that amazing hotel suite you got to stay in. It's beautiful! I've never been to L.A. before, so I'm really enjoying your pictures. It's fun to see how the "other half" lives. Ha! Of course, your youngest daughter would find Snow White's star too. So cute!

Looks like you had a great time!What a nice room you stayed in! Swanky! My daughter lives around the corner from Grauman's Chinese Theatre and the Kodak. She works at the Loew's Hotel(formerly the Renaissance Hollywood Hotel)at Hollywood and Highland. Your pics make me want to book a flight to see her.

Your hotel room is awesome!!...Been to Southern Calif a couple of times but never made it to Universal Studios...that view is spectacular!!...I will have to remember that hotel the next time we travel there!!!

How fun!! I was there in 1979.I remember they had the "Jaws" attraction.Scared the daylights out of me! I thought that thing was real LOL.You stayed at a beautiful hotel!
