Quick Easy and oh so Yummy Mexican dip

This dip is a big hit in my house with both my family and friends, and it is so easy to make. All you need is 3 simple ingredients. A block of cream cheese, a small jar of salsa, and a bag of shredded taco cheese.

Let the cream cheese get room temp for easy spreading.

Then add your jar of salsa and cheese. Cover with saran wrap and microwave for 3 mins. That's it your done!

I buy the bite size tostito chips to have with it.

Eat up because this stuff goes FAST! It's very easy to double up the receipt if your having company. I use my 13x9 glass baking dish. My family wants me to make this on Sunday for the Superbowl!

                        Try it you'll love it!!

  6. I can't get over how easy this is. My kind of recipe. There's a company in Michigan that makes cherry salsa. It's called Cherry Republic. This recipe would be so good with some cherry salsa. Have a fun time tomorrow with your family!

  16. Hi, I ran across your blog about 15 minutes before the Super Bowl started. I had the cheese and cream cheese, then ran in and made some salsa and made the dip. Incredible! We had friends over and they loved the dip.
