A Fun Filled Day in the City!

Yesterday the hubby, myself, and the kids drove into the city to see my cousins new apt. We had the best day with my cousin and her wonderful boyfriend! Here is the view out her living room window! Gorgeous isn't it!!

This picture was taken right outside their building.

We went for lunch at Shake Shake and had a 45min wait in line but is was soooo worth it!

After lunch we took the kids to the Empire State building. The last time I went here I was in grade school for a class trip. I guess this happens when you live so close.

                   The views were AMAZING!

See that building to the right with the cranes on the top. That's the new tower they are building at ground zero.

And this is the view out my cousins window at night.  AMAZING!!

Hope you all had a fun filled weekend too, would love to here all about it:)  Martina

  2. Oh how fun! I've never been to NYC but hubby has been for work and I try really hard to not be jealous. :-) I just saw something about the Shake Shack on tv too so that is neat that you guys went there! Sounds like a great summer adventure and your kids are just adorable!

  3. Gorgeous views, Martina! I grew up just outside the city, so most of my NYC sightseeing was done on class trips, too :)

I could go for a little Shake Shack right about now! Yum! Have fun :)

  8. Hi Martina,
Looks like you had a wonderful time in NYC. How cool that you live close enough to go for a visit. I would not want to live in the city, but it is nice to visit wonderful cities like NYC.
Your cousin has a fabulous view, I would never get tired of that one!
