Hi there friends...
I hope you all had a nice weekend!
~~~
A few weeks ago when I showed you my new canvas hanging on the right...I gave you a little peek of what else came home with me...it was this pretty antique writing desk.
My heart started to flutter when I spotted it...
I knew exactly where it would go!
The price was right so home it came:-)
Remember the round skirted table that I had here before...
Remember the round skirted table that I had here before...
...well that was moved to a new location!
I filled the slots with vintage books...added a few of my favorite decorating books...a magnifying glass and this little blue and white piece that's been in my family for years.
On the top I used one of my fruit plates and an old brass bell that I found one day antiquing.
I needed a piece to fill in this corner...and this desk did the trick!
Thanks so much for stopping by...
have a great week!
Oh what a treasure!
