Hi there friends...hope you all had a nice weekend!
The weather was absolutely beautiful here in NY today...mid 70's and sunny!

The perfect weather for Fall decorating.
I started by making a simple Fall wreath for our front door.
I started by making a simple Fall wreath for our front door.
I picked up this oval grapevine wreath in Hobby Lobby last week along with a few pumpkin picks...I had plenty of burlap ribbon left over from last year.
I wanted to keep it simple and I like how this wreath ties in with the grapevine garland I have around the door.
Tomorrow I'll go out and buy some corn stalks for the columns and a few pumpkins to finish up the front stoop!
Have a great week!

Looks pretty Martina. Our new Hobby Lobby just opened in Myrtle Beach and I'm so excited. One of the first things on my list is to make a pretty fall wreath. You have inspired me!

That's really pretty, Martina. I have got to get going on my front porch decor this week.
ReplyDeleteSuper cute Martina! Love the oval shape of the wreath!

Simplicity at its best. Have a great week.
ReplyDeleteSometimes simple is really the best way to go. I have had some wreaths that were just so overdone that they ended up detracting from the other decorations. This one is lovely-simple and sweet. xo Diana
ReplyDeleteI like that you chose an oval shape - it looks more like a pumpkin. I love the grapevine garland around your door!!
ReplyDeleteVery pretty! We have had cooler weather the last few days which has made me VERY happy :o)

ReplyDeleteThis looks so pretty on your front door, Martina! I really need to get going with fall decorating but it's been so hot here it doesn't feel "fallish". Have a great week!
ReplyDeleteLooks great! I love your grapevine garland as well.
ReplyDeleteLooks great Martina! Still trying to figure mine out.
ReplyDeleteVery nice and easy to make! :)
ReplyDeleteI love how your front door pops against the white - do you recall the name of the paint that you used? Very, very pretty neutral!
ReplyDeleteI am such a fan of those oval wreaths...have two of them as I have narrow double doors and they fit so well with them...Beautiful wreath Martina!!
ReplyDeleteYour wreath looks pretty, Martina! I love the oval shape.
ReplyDeleteMartina, I really like your oval wreath, especially the simplicity of it. Glad you're having nice Fall weather. We're finally cooling down a bit. Yay!
ReplyDeleteI don't really have a front porch, just a little stoop where I open the front door. But I like your wreathe. Simple and elegant.

ReplyDeleteHi Martina, I wish we had your cooler temps here in Florida. It's hard to get motivated to decorate for Spring with 93 degree weather! Love your new wreath.
