Hi there friends...
I can't believe my baby girl is making her
Holy Communion on Saturday...she is so excited!
~~~
I wanted to show you the pretty invitations we had made up.
For the favors I went to my favorite candle shop where I buy all my soy candles from.
I picked my favorite scent and they made personalized labels for all of them.
I had the women who made us the invitations make up these thank you labels that I tied around the wrapped candle.
1 down 29 more to go!!
I better get back to wrapping!
Love your invitations and the coordinating thank you tag, Martina! How cute. Congratulations to your daughter. I taught both my kids religious ed classes for almost 10 years, bringing both kids {and the class children} from communion up to confirmation.
These are so adorable! Congrats to Victoria. My son just made his First Communion a couple of weeks ago, and I had no pretty invitations or favors. You're making me look BAD! :) Enjoy the day!!
ReplyDeleteI love the idea of the soy candle and you decorated it so sweetly.
ReplyDeleteI am working on a baby shower and your post just gave me an idea for one of the party favors. I am making cute boxes and at first I thought we could put in cute candles. Then I thought we might be able to find cute pastel soaps.
thanks for the inspiration
Congratulations to Victoria....
ReplyDeleteI love all the special things you did for her....
I will never forget, when I lost my blog, you were so sweet to me and posted my new address. I want to thank you again.
Pretty! Congratulations to her!
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful family and congratulations to your daughter, she looks pretty in her new dress. It brings back memories when I made my daughter's First Holy Communion dress and I also made a matching dress for her "American Girl Doll". Your invitations and thank you gifts are lovely. Looks like you had a perfect day!
