Snowed In!!

Hey there friends...another snow day here in NY!! The kids have a 6 day weekend:)
It started to snow here around 4am and snowed almost all day.
10 inchs fell and they're calling for another 8 to 10 inchs overnight!
On the brighter side of things the temps are suppose to be in the 50's by the middle of next week...that's going to feel like a heat wave lol!

This next shot I took from my bedroom window...
These next shots were taken from my back deck...
I got to try out my new zoom lens.

You can't even see our pool deck!

The hubby always makes sure the birds have plenty to eat!
I know my friends in the south are being hit with nasty weather too!!
 Stay safe and warm!

  2. I love how your trees hold so much snow. I think the wind kept most of it off of ours. It was pretty while it was here, but glad a lot melted today.

  11. It looks beautiful! Did I ever ask you where you lived in NY? I used to live in Hornell NY which is about 30 miles from Corning and an hour south of Rochester.

  12. I love seeing evergreen trees in the snow...they were made for that. We have been watching all of the east on the news, hang in there. And remember, when you have that warm up you are going to have lots of slush!! So keep those waders ready! :)
