~White Tulips~

I think by now you all know how much I love tulips, so as soon as I see them in the stores a bunch always comes home with me!
Perfect for creating a new look on the kitchen table.

I found this cute little cow creamer in Home Goods last year.

Sunday is my mom's birthday but we're going to celebrate tonight being her birthday falls on Superbowl Sunday. We're taking her to a fabulous Italian restaurant in the Bronx, Frankie & Johnnies also know as The Pines. Anyone visiting the NYC area I highly recommend having dinner their!
Have a wonderful weekend friends!

  16. Your tulips give me hope that spring is right around the corner. -13º and snow flurries make the day look bleak. Your tulips bring a ray of sunshine it the day. Thanks! Reuzeit Emporium

  20. Hello from a new reader within the last few days after just "finding" your blog. I live in the midwest but years ago my step-D lived in the NYC, first in the Bronx, then both Manhattan and Brooklyn, so I made many trips there to visit. I can recall one Italian restaurant name only from those days because it was on New Year's Eve and we had gone to see CATS that afternoon then on to dinner. It was called Carmell's and I think it was in the Village. However, I have never had anything but wonderful food at all the Italian places where we dined on our visits. Oh, and the bakeries had the most wonderful pastries! Thanks for letting me share my fond memories.

  23. Martina, your tulips are beautiful. I like the little cow creamer too. It reminds me of the cow butter dish that Kim showed us the other day at SSS. You two have similar taste, and it's impeccable! Enjoy the rest of your weekend!
