Hyde Park, NY is a very old & quaint town with several antique stores.

Loved just about everything in this booth.
I even found a booth that sold milk paint. Look at this next piece!
I was tempted to buy a bag, but I'll hold out and try Miss Mustard Seeds.
I'm so mad I didn't bring that chippy urn home with me. I'm going to make a trip back next week. I hope they still have it.
Well we found several desks but they wouldn't work in the place we want to put it, so the hunt continues! All I came home with today were a few vintage books :(

ReplyDeleteHi Martina, I'm sorry you didn't find the desk but this store looks like one that hubby and I went to about 15 yrs ago. I just remember how reasonable the antiques were. Glad you had fun.

ReplyDeleteWow! Where exactly is this shop? My family makes it up to New York every summer. We usually have a few days in NYC and then we head out to a summer camp about 2 hours outside of the city.
