Thank you all for the sweet & comforting comments you left me on the loss of our Toby. They mean so much!
After finally getting all my Christmas stuff put away I was left with a clean slate, so I want to put things back a little differently. I started with the skirted table in my living room.
I bought this pretty little majolica dish months ago on ebay and it's been sitting in a drawer ever since.
Sorry for all the brightness near the window, the snows reflection made it very hard to get good photos.
Here's what it looked like before...
Please ignore the short panels, having both air vents there I can't puddle the panels to the floor they would block them. I am thinking of having another piece of fabric added just to bring it down to the floor. When I had the other chairs here it wasn't noticeable.
I'll be back and show you how how I moved some of the seating around next!
Thanks so much for stopping by for a visit!

Hi friends,
This has been a very sad weekend for us. We lost our sweet little Toby on Saturday night. I've posted how he's had back issues but this time it was much more. We are so grateful he was part of our family for 15 and a half years! He brought so much joy and happiness to our lives. I can't stop crying, he was my shadow that I don't have following me around anymore. My husband and kids are handling his lost just as bad as me. When my husband and I came home from the animal hospital Saturday night my youngest, Victoria came running over to me crying and said "her heart was hurting", she loved him so much!
You would always find him in the kitchen when I was cooking just hoping to get a little treat, and he always did!
My sweet boy I know your in a better place free of pain and suffering, but we miss you!
This beautiful grandfather clock was given to me a few days ago by my cousin. We were together over the holidays and he asked if I would like it. He owns two, he's in the process of down sizing so he needed to get rid of one.
There was NO WAY I was going to say no to this beauty!
I found a home for it really quick in my living room. I changed the room around a little too. I'll show you guys as soon as I'm finished putting all the Christmas decorations away.
Thanks so much for stopping by and taking a look!
